This is the responsibility of the teacher to write their true information in their profile because your profile will be displayed on the page of others.
This is the responsibility of the teacher to confirm all the detail (true or false) of other teacher who want to mutual transfer with you, on call or chat or offline meet.
After that, agree with both of them, satisfied with their information on the basis of a call or chat with him or her or the teacher, and if you want to do an mutual transfer then have to follow the Guidelines, rule, policy and terms and condition of government."

If ready for the arranged marriage form from both sides, then they may take the other service of Village matrimonial
It's very important to know that you will pay the total payment of the plan at the time of subscribing to a subscription plan.

Note

If you want to make a payment through net banking or another option and you find an OTP to complete the procedure, then don't share this OTP with others.
If you are doing the payment through a debit card, then do not share the OTP found from your bank.
If you are doing the payment through credit card, then do not share the OTP found from your bank.
Payment through UPI: please check all details carefully; after this, send the money and place orders.

Cancellation and refund policy

Unfortunately, when any user cancels their subscription plan without giving adequate notice, this cancellation policy is used as a way of respecting the time commitment of all involved. It explains the process for requesting a cancellation. This policy is used for both the groom's side and the bride's side. We implement a simple cancellation policy in advance on all issues you may have to deal with when committing our services.

If the user cancels his order, then his payment will not be not be refunded.
If user tring to buy a subscription plan in which fund deducted but subscription plan did not activated in this condition you fund will be refund within 2days as per third party payment getway.
